On Monday In India, there was a record of 308 deaths due to COVID-19. In the last 24 hours, there had been 35 deaths and 796 new active cases.
A total number of 7987 are active cases from which 856 people have been cured and discharged.

On April 14th, the day marked as the end of 21-day lockdown, India crossed the 9000 marks.

My restaurant continues to be the most affected state as there have been reports of 134 more cases making the total number of cases to be 1895 in the state.

113 of these cases have been found from Mumbai, 4 from Pune, 7 in Mira Bhayandar, 2 from Navi Mumbai, Thane and Vasai Vihar each and 1 from Raigad, Amravati, Bhiwandi and Pimpri-Chinchwad.

The number of active cases in the national capital reached 1154 on Sunday along with 85 new cases.
The government has added 10 new areas to the list of hotspots in the national capital. Being added there are now a total of 43 hotspots COVID-19 in India.
